The Self-Awareness Song (from my album, “The Key”)
Here is a sample song from my most recent album, “The Key”. You can click on the “Play” button above to hear it. The lyrics are, I believe, most apposite for the world as it is today. So many of us speak and act without any self-awareness whatsoever. Neither do we consider what might be the consequences. This song is a wake-up call from our sleepwalking. It is in a classic early music style, with lute, drums and various classical instruments from the Stockholm Concert Orchestra, playing without vibrato to add to the authentic early music effect. Stable Update v.1.5 to my 606-page Book Now Available for Free Download
My book, “Narrow Gate ~ Pathway Strait: A Spiritual Autobiography & Presentation” has been updated to stable version v.1.5. This is an extensive revision with a number of typographical errors corrected which had been pointed out by kind readers. There has also been an innumerable number of “perfections” and clarifications in the text (some in response to readers’ queries), which I have gone through with a fine toothcomb from start to finish. The book now contains 606 pages, making an additional 11 pages, and has 7000 more words than in the previous version. In total, it contains more than 224,000 words and has 727 footnotes. Version v.1.5 will now be the stable version for the foreseeable future. You can download FREE OF CHARGE from this site: https://narrowgate-pathwaystrait.com and then go to the Book Download page. There is no charge for the book, which is completely free as my love-gift to the world. It now contains 595 pages, 219,000 words, 1.3 million characters, 243 headings and 700 footnotes. On the site, you will see a number of tabs which will tell you about the book and its background, show you some readers’ comments, together with a page for downloading, including instructions. UPDATE: The book has just been updated to version 1.04a. A couple of important updates in two places were made after I had a Eureka moment in the night! Some typographical errors were also corrected. I would strongly advise downloading this version in preference to any previous versions. This should stabilise now.

This is the first song I’ve written for almost 18 months. Lots of articles and poems but no songs. Too much other music-making going on in 2016 with recording and releasing “The Key” album in Sweden to be writing songs. But now they’re back. Details in the video. Enjoy!

“For Someone’s Child” [video]
HERE’S A VIDEO of “For Someone’s Child”, a song from my latest album, “The Key”. It was just made by staff of The Liberty Beacon as they resonated with its message about child victims of war. It is a requiem for every child who has been killed or maimed in conflicts around the world. I wrote the original version in Barcelona in April 2003 after the “Shock & Awe” US bombing campaign on Baghdad, which initiated the gratuitous genocide and deliberate destabilisation of Iraq. I have since updated the lyrics and added a vocal bridge. Note that it is in the key of E major to give a glimmer of hope. Click below to listen.
